How to website analysis

When designing a website for you, we follow a design process to ensure that the website we build meets your expectations and objectives for the site.

The following is an overview of the design process:

Analysis

At this stage, we define the short and long term for the site and then ranked in order of importance. In addition, it defines the general public for their site.

Definition of hearing

In this phase, we define the different groups within your public. For example, if you sell ski equipment, your audience will be divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers, and these three elements can be divided into male and female and divided into young and old. After we divide your audience into different groups, we try to determine the objectives and needs of each group. We also rank the groups in descending order. When we define the potential audience, we will create a user for each of the imaginary audience, and a script for each user. All this information helps us design a site meets the needs of your potential users.

Competitive Analysis

At this point, we performed a competitive analysis, where we go through the websites of your competitors or your peers to see how they designed their sites. For example, look at content, services, and navigation. This analysis helps determine what you want on your site.

Contents

After determining your goals, your audience, users and competitors, you can begin to decide on the type of content you need on your site. List each item of content you want on your site, for example, a list of products and services, schedules, contact information, newsletter, documents, etc.. Once you have made a list of all songs can be organized into logical groups. These groups define the main structure and order of your website.

The structure of the site

Groups of content created in previous step, create a diagram of the structure of the site. A simple tree diagram does, or you can use a program such as Visio to create a graph.

Page created

Page design is the latest phase of the design process before we can begin to create pages on your site. In this phase, we design the layout of each type of page on your site will use.

Create a site

When all the planning is done, we can begin to build the site. Usually, it will generate all the content including text, documents, photos, etc.. We will add pages and content to build the site.

Analysis

Once the site is built, we will test to make sure everything works. We also want to test the site to ensure it does what you want it to do.

Deployment

After the site has been tested and works to your specifications, the site will be displayed on the web server and your site will be available to its customers.
